To receive them, Francesco Melone with the “Naples” collection, Giulio Perricone with the “Kingdom of Sicily 1859-1860” collection, Franco Rigo with the collection “Venice, the contagion, the quarantine, the disinfection … (postal history of the health office from the16th to the 19th century) ”, who all scored 92 points and Aniello Veneri, with the“ Postal services in Italy 1945-1957 ”collection, which scored 90 points.

In the Aerofilatelia class, the best result award was obtained by the American Cheryl Ganz, with the “Zeppelins and United States” collection, which obtained 93 points (O) and the Special Class Award. For the Italians present in the aerophilathelia class, the best result was obtained by Flavio Riccitelli, with the collection “The contribution of Zeppelins in the development of the German Aeropostal System from / to South America (1934-1937)”, which obtained 87 points (LV).
